Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Trajectory website and service at yourtrajectory.pro (“Service”) operated by Trajectory (“we,” “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
Trajectory helps you explore career directions by turning the profile and preferences you provide into AI-generated pathways, timelines, and related information. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirement (typically at least 13, or higher where required by law). You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
AI outputs and not professional advice
Trajectory uses artificial intelligence. Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation.
The Service is for informational and exploratory purposes only. It is not career, legal, financial, or immigration advice, and not a substitute for qualified professionals. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
Your content
You retain rights to information you submit. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content (including to AI providers as needed) solely to provide and improve the Service. Share links may expose a snapshot of your trajectory to anyone with the URL; use them carefully.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or others’ rights, or misuse the Service to harm, harass, or deceive.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our systems, or bypass rate limits or authentication.
- Upload malware, scrape the Service at unreasonable scale, or resell access without permission.
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, or highly sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing through third-party AI and database providers.
Our intellectual property
The Service, branding, and associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. Do not copy or misuse our marks or design elements.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example authentication and infrastructure). Their terms and policies may apply to you. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trajectory and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty USD, if you have not paid fees.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Trajectory and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, risk to the Service, or other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they cannot be waived.
