Introduction
Trajectory (“we,” “us”) operates the career-mapping service at yourtrajectory.pro (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
Account and authentication. If you sign in with Google or email magic link, our authentication provider (Supabase, integrated with Google where applicable) processes identifiers such as your email address and OAuth profile basics needed to create and secure your session.
Profile and career inputs. When you use onboarding or related flows, you may provide information such as skills, goals, education or experience notes, and preferences. You choose how much to share; more detail can improve the quality of generated paths.
Saved trajectories. If you save results, we store the generated career paths and associated profile snapshot you submitted so you can return to them from your account. If you create a share link, we store the data needed to display that read-only view to people who have the link.
Technical data. Like most web services, our servers and infrastructure may receive technical information automatically, such as IP addresses (e.g. for security and abuse prevention), browser type, and approximate request metadata. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels in the product as described here; if that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Run AI-powered generation from the inputs you provide and deliver results in the app.
- Authenticate you, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce rate limits where applicable.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
AI processing
Core features send your profile and related prompts to our AI model provider (Anthropic) to produce structured career path outputs. Content is processed to generate the response and is handled according to our agreements with that provider. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share or that you consider highly sensitive unless you accept that risk.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers to run the Service. Categories include:
- Hosting, database, and authentication (e.g. Supabase).
- AI inference (Anthropic).
- Sign-in with Google (subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy).
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Service.
Cookies and storage
We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication sessions (for example, to keep you signed in) and for basic site operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit sign-in or certain features.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and saved trajectory data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us at salesframer.team@gmail.com. We will respond in line with applicable law and may need to retain certain records where required.
Security
We use industry-standard practices appropriate to the stage of the Service, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your country. By using the Service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
